A: 15 full-time officers, no part-time.

A: Yes. There is an ordinance, called Curfew for Minors whereas a minor (under 18
years of age) is not permitted to wander or play on the streets or playgrounds from
11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. of the following day. This does not apply to a minor
accompanied by a parent or guardian.
