Information about the Recreation Department
The Recreation Department, provides organized recreational activities for all residents. Details of programs are published in the Park News, the Recreation Department Facebook page, and the schools distribute flyers at the appropriate times.
TOWNSHIP RECREATION ADULT CRAFT SERIES: "CRAFTY CREATIONS"
Looking to tap into your creative side? The Township Recreation Department is adding a new adult craft series, titled "Crafty Creations" to its lineup offerings. The first class was held on Thursday, September 3rd and featured a mosaic making lesson. Subsequent classes will be held on October 1st, November 5th, and December 2nd. While pricing has not been set for the remaining three scheduled classes, it will range from $10-$20. Classes will be held from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Township Community Center. Registration is required and space is limited to the first 20 people who sign up. Registrants must be South Park Township residents. All Covid-19 protocols will be in place, and masks must be worn during class.

2020 SOUTH PARK TOWNSHIP SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM
A schedule of events will be announced on the South Park Township Recreation Facebook page the South Park Township website, and the Park News. While the bulk of this summer's programming will now be virtual, as time goes on, and restrictions lift, there will be the possibility of pop-up in -person Recreation events later in the summer.
